Ingredients: - 300 g broad beans (fave) - garlic, one fresh mint sprig, salt
The broad beans need to soak overnight for at least 12 hours. Cook the softened broad beans for at least 3 hours in a pot with plenty of water, with 3 or 4 garlic cloves, the sprig of mint and salt. When done, drain the broad beans and serve them hot. Season with olive oil and pepper.
