- 800 g squid (calamari)
- 4 anchovies
- 1 egg
- garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, oil, lemon, pepper, salt
Clean and carefully wash the squid. Cut off the tentacles and boil them in salted water with a little lemon juice. When done, drain and chop the tentacles, parsley, garlic and anchovies. Add the egg and breadcrumbs and mix until firm. Stuff the raw squid with this mixture and stitch the openings to prevent them from losing the stuffing. Place the squid in a baking pan, oil and bake in moderate oven. Stuffed squid can also be grilled after being oiled.
