Ingredients:

- 200 g raisins
- 200 g walnuts
- 200 g almonds
- 50 g flour
- grated orange rind, anise, nutmeg, sapa (thickened must), traggera ("hundreds and thousands" tiny sugar balls for decorating sweets)

Stir the flour, raisins, chopped walnuts, thinly sliced almonds, the grated orange rind, the toasted and chopped anise and the grated nutmeg in a pot, then add the sapa. Roll and cut the mixture into small cone or diamond shapes. Bake them in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, brush them with sapa and decorate them with traggera, which are very small multi-coloured sugar-coated almonds.
