	ALTERNATIVES: from Ispuligidenìe to Cala Goloritzè [approx. 4 h from Ispuligidenìe] From Ispuligadenie you can avoid returning to the Golgo Plateau and head directly towards Goloritzè. Go back along the same route followed to reach Ispuligadenie. Return to the Serra'e Lattone and the abandoned cuili, descend to the ridge as far as the col. From the col, instead of going to the right, turn left in the opposite direction, from there you can see Goloritzé. Descend keeping to the bottom of the trough until you reach the point where a 40/50 mt. long rope will make your descent easier. Without further difficulty you can reach Bacu Goloritzè and the Cala.
