Tuviois is a secluded small place in the south of Sardinia which is wedged between two valleys at the foot of the Serpeddì mountain on its northern side. We are in Sarrabus in front of Genis where there is a centuries old forest around which there are deserted silver mines dating from the end of the nineteenth century.
This area, which juridically is the ending part of the municipality of Sinnai, is used by the cattle breeders from Burcei who keep their animals here in a semi-wild state. Very few people visit this area and the few men who work here do so with discretion. Although you may never see anyone you will be observed, so always behave well!
